Our client sits among the elite top 6 in Asia for private equity, as well as Australia’s largest financial planning network. They established specific goals to improve their online training offering to principally raise professional, ethical and education standards for financial advisors. Some of these goals included:

Develop two online training modules focusing on improving knowledge regarding risk profiling tools and calculators. These modules were to be designed for viewing on all mobile devices and desktops.

Develop a “Debt Education” digital learning program accessible on multiple devices. This module utilises customer insights and develops an advisor’s understanding of client needs and wants.

Build an online induction program accessible on multiple devices.

Construct online modules for self-managed super funds (SMSF) and a trustee course, approved by the ATO to be hosted on their website.

With a strong background in developing training for Financial Advisors, our experienced Project Manager led the project development team, which was made up of Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and eLearning experts. They all worked collaboratively to bring to life a remarkable training offering.

DYNAMIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

Our project management teams implemented a fully agile project management approach, creating manageable sprint plans with quality assurance checks built in throughout.

In conjunction with the client, the project team set clear project milestones, which included dates for:

Submission of storyboards
Tendering of alpha modules
Review and amendment periods
Provision of beta and final files

We tracked all project schedules using our web-based project management tool, and this visibility allowed our client the confidence that all the projects were running to schedule. We provided weekly status reports to keep project creep and budget blowouts under control.
