Our client is one of the top infrastructure managers globally, one of the largest real estate managers in Asia, among the top 6 in Asia for private equity, and Australia’s largest financial planning network.

With a goal to raise professional, ethical, and education standards for financial advisers, the Company established a number of digital initiatives. Among the series of educational proposals were iPad app training modules, eLearning elements on debt education, and the creation of an online, digitised version of Master of Financial Planning guide which has the potential to be utilised by more than 18,000 users.  In addition, they aimed to create a set of digital induction modules for their online academy and to build two online training programs for Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) professionals.


 

Our IdeaOur Approach

The Learning Factor’s success in working with Fortune 500 and ASX 100 companies drew our client’s attention.  Understanding the importance of the “right fit” team, both in terms of competencies and cultural fit, The Learning Factor assembled a high performing global team to work in partnership with the Company’s internal team. The team included Project Managers, Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and eLearning Developers.

Secondly, the team began to review and develop agreed upon project timelines to complete our client’s goals. Our project managers diligently tracked the project’s schedules and communicated regularly through weekly status reports and meetings.

We have worked with tight timelines and shown flexibility to meet internal business needs. And the project continues to be delivered on budget.
